Louise is our passionate People & Culture leader with extensive experience in operational and strategic HR functions across diverse industries, including civil construction, professional services, trading and investment, gaming and tourism, and recreation. Louise also specialises in employment and labour relations law, bringing invaluable expertise to BlueRock.
Outside of work, Louise prioritises her well-being by starting her day with a gym session, AKA her happy place. Otherwise, she'll be unwinding with a good TV show or book, outdoor adventures with her dogs or catching up with friends.
