Russell is a true multidisciplinary practitioner, bringing a ton of experience and qualifications to BlueRock Law. He is a self-described sucker for punishment, being a lawyer (one of only eight accredited as a specialist in tax law by the Law Institute of Victoria), Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. Russel joined BlueRock to build a tax law practice within the firm, contributing significantly to our growth plans.
His passion for all things tax, ability to cut through complexity and give practical advice and to build deep relationships with clients make him the perfect fit for BlueRock. But there’s more to the man than tax and law!
Enthusiastic and outgoing, in his youth Russ was also quite the traveler. He survived the running of the bulls in Pamplona, worked at the Edinburgh Festival and lived in London for a year.
These days his passions are a lot closer to home. In no particular order, this includes his wife, his kids and his new car. As a lifelong Seinfeld fan, Russ would love to share a laugh with Larry David.
